The American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators has an opening for a National Director of Educational Programs.
Job Description:
The Coordinator will work with the Executive Director, Regional Directors, State Directors and Instructors to increase the accessibility and quality of safety training for cheerleading coaches.
Job Detail:
- Work with Executive Director to formulate strategic plans for safety education.
- Work with Regional and State Directors to implement these plans.
- Work with Regional and State Directors to evaluate and provide ongoing training for field instructors.
- Work with State Associations and national governing organizations to coordinate safety courses.
- Travel periodically to meet with key groups or individuals for the purposes of training or planning.
- Create reporting systems to evaluate success of various strategic plans.
- This full-time position is located in Memphis, TN.
